Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel – Commercial Lawyer – Global FMCG

My client, a leading global FMCG is now looking to hire a commercial lawyer to join their legal team.

Reporting into the Global GC and working in a supportive and collaborative team, you will be business facing and your responsibilities will include:

• drafting and negotiating a range of commercial contracts including distribution agreements and supply agreements

• advising the business on marketing and sponsorship work

• overseeing litigation

• involvement in ESG matters

The ideal candidate as a Legal Counsel will have 2-5+PQE experience as a commercial lawyer and as a Senior Legal Counsel you will have 7+PQE. You will currently be working in a leading law firm and have completed an in-house secondment or you will have already made the move in-house and be carrying out a broad commercial role.
