I believe that in order to get results, open dialogue is essential from the start. I’m honest with my clients and candidates about the market and I’m comfortable highlighting any challenges you might face when it comes to recruiting or securing your next role. Importantly, I then find you a solution.
Passion
After 11 years in legal recruitment, winning new clients, looking after existing clients and finding the right role for candidates still give me a buzz. I love my work. I actively follow the market, enjoy nurturing relationships and am focused and driven.

I’ve got a strong track record of successfully completing searches quickly without compromising on quality. I also excel at placing roles where others have failed. It’s not always about looking in the obvious places, but calling on my in-depth understanding of the market and trusted connections and conversations built up throughout my career.
My background
I started my career as a corporate lawyer at a city law firm before moving into legal recruitment 11 years ago. I loved the business development side of law and building meaningful relationships with clients, so recruitment played to my strengths. During my time as a legal and compliance recruiter, I have placed lawyers of all levels into Commerce & Industry, and in 2024 this culminated in me founding my own legal and compliance recruitment business.
