7+PQE – Senior Technology Lawyer – Global FTSE 100

My client a leading global FTSE 100 is now looking to hire an experienced technology lawyer with 7+PQE experience to join their legal team in a newly created role for EMEA.

Reporting into the General Counsel, in a business facing role, your role will be both operational and strategic and your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming a trusted business partner at Group level particularly with key technology stakeholders

• Drafting and negotiating an array of technology related agreements including MSAs, service agreements, outsourcing agreements and SaaS agreements

• Overseeing any litigation related to technology matters

• Taking a pivotal role on digital transformation projects

The ideal candidate will likely have 7-10+pqe and be working in the TMT team of a leading law firm looking to make their first move in-house or you will have already moved in-house and be looking for your next challenge.
